Payments & Cancellation Policy:

1. Payments by Mastercard, American Express, cash, bacs (bank transfer), voucher.

2. 10% deposit is required to secure a reservation.

a)      This deposit will be refunded if cancelled more than 3 months before arrival (€50 admin charge applies).

b)      40% must be paid in 90 days before date of arrival.

c)      50% must be paid in 30 days before date of arrival.

 

3. Loss of payments:

a)      If the booking is cancelled more than 3 months before arrival, then a charge of €50 admin will apply and you will be refunded the difference.

b)      If the booking is cancelled between 1 & 3 months before arrival, then a charge equal to 50% of the rental will be made.

c)      If the booking is cancelled between 2 weeks & 1 month before arrival, then the full charge of the stay will be made.
